Account Deletion

Google Play compliant process for requesting account deletion.

These policies are designed for Indian coaching institutes using our B2B SaaS platform.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account using either of these methods:

  • App path: App → Profile → Delete Account
  • Support path: Email support@coachingsaas.in from your registered account details

2. Roles Covered

This process is available for the following roles:

  • Owner
  • Teacher
  • Student

3. Deletion Approach (Soft Delete / Deactivation)

We do not hard delete accounts immediately. We use a deactivation approach to preserve business-critical records linked to coaching operations.

Examples of linked records that may remain for compliance and business continuity include attendance, payments, test history, notes, and academic history.

4. In-App Deletion Flow

When a user taps Delete Account, the flow is:

  • Click Delete Account
  • Review confirmation modal
  • Provide optional reason
  • Submit request
  • Account is deactivated and login access is removed

5. What Gets Deleted or Disabled

  • Profile-level personal data from active usage view
  • Login access and active sessions
  • Personal account identifiers used for routine account access

6. What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained as required for legal, tax, dispute, and audit obligations, including:

  • Payment and billing records
  • Legally required records
  • Audit and security logs
  • Coaching-related academic and operational history

7. Processing Timeline and Support

Account deactivation is generally applied immediately after request submission in-app. For support-assisted requests, we may ask limited verification details before processing.
