2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please ensure only authorized team members access your workspace.
3. Coaching Owner Responsibility
The coaching owner and their team are responsible for all student, fee, attendance, note, and test data uploaded in the platform. You must ensure uploaded data is lawful, accurate, and collected with proper permission.
4. Subscription Usage
Access to paid features depends on your active subscription. Plans are intended for genuine business use by coaching institutes and their authorized users.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or security bypass.
- Uploading malware, abusive content, or data you do not have rights to use.
- Using the service in ways that disrupt other coaching customers.
6. Data Ownership
Your coaching retains ownership of the data you upload. CoachingSaaS provides software services only and does not claim ownership of your business or student records.
7. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service availability, regular backups, and timely issue resolution. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external service dependencies.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations, misuse, fraud, non-payment, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time as per your plan and cancellation terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoachingSaaS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription amount paid by your coaching in the previous billing cycle.

We may update these terms as our product or legal requirements evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
