Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple and practical policy for SaaS subscription billing.

These policies are designed for Indian coaching institutes using our B2B SaaS platform.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing and your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

2. Renewal Policy

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a SaaS product, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. However, we may review refund requests in genuine cases such as duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

4. Trial Policy

If a free trial is offered, no subscription charge applies until the trial ends. You can cancel before trial expiry to avoid paid renewal.

5. Misuse and Fraud Conditions

Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations, abuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized usage are not eligible for refunds.
